The villa is on the Oasis Urbanization in the village of Los Alcazeraes. When you close the villa’s own security gates with it’s walled gardens you feel that you are in your own little oasis. Within the grounds there is parking for 2 cars, a large covered porch overlooking your own private pool with showering facilities where you can relax in the shade for dining or just chilling out. Accessed by steps there is a large roof top solarium for sun bathing or cooking Alfresco. The accommodation is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms both having plenty of fitted wardrobe space. There is a modern well equipped kitchen with washing machine and hob/microwave for cooking with ample dining areas in the kitchen, dining room or outside patio. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and bidet One of the villas attributes is the spacious well furnished lounge where everyone can relax with entertainment by music ,television or Dvd. For your comfort the villa has full air-conditioning with central heating. Once you have arrived at the villa there is no real need to drive as within easy walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants of varying tastes within the Oasis complex. A 10 to 15 min walk will take you to the world renowned Mar Menor lagoon with golden soft sand beaches which are renowned for their benevolent chemical properties and are classified as medicinal with exceptional temperatures in both winter and summer. The Mar Menor also offers a varied array of water sports including pleasure boating, wind surfing, kite surfing, fishing, scuba diving and is flanked by a promenade with bustling Tappas Bars. There is also a weekly open market where the Spanish come and sell their local produce and wares in traditional market fashion. There are two major airports close by with Murcia Airport being just a 5 minute taxi ride away and Alicante Airport a 45 min drive.
