Villa KernowThis detached 90’s built property sits in a quiet satellite road within the bustling complex of Oasis Urbanisation and is within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants & bars. Set in its own large mature gardens with lemon and orange trees & even strawberries in season the Villa has a good size swimming pool which catches the sun all day. An outdoor shower, always useful, is set just besides the pool. Off the large well-furnished patio sun lounge is a good size barbecue area; close to the kitchen door, but away from the hidden laundry drying area. Inside the property, which has air conditioning & central heating in all rooms, there is a full-size modern well-equipped kitchen with washing machine; an excellent large lounge diner, with ceiling fan and gas fire, and two separate full glazed doors to the patio and pool area. Set between two good size bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with twin beds, (both with good built-in wardrobes), is a large totally tiled bathroom with bidet and shower over bath. For added comfort, all the windows are double glazed and fitted with insect screens. The fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes walking distance or only a few minutes by car or bike.
