One Bedroom Villa in Los Narejos on the Mar Menor Costa Calida

 Villa Sol is situated in Los Narejos, close to the Mar Menor on the Costa Calida. It is a well established one bedroom villa with a spacious roof terrace- the size of the villa , the terrace with table chairs and sun loungers. It is well equipped to make your stay a relaxing one. The villa has air-conditioning. The accommodation is fully equipped with TV, CD, player and washing machine and supplementary ceiling fans and heating.

The accommodation is spacious with an extra sitting/dining area to the front having an enclosed front patio area, good to avoid the summer sun. Double sofa-bed in the lounge.

Los Narejos is within walking distance to the beach, many shops and restaurants and bars yet is still in a quiet residential area.

There are many golf courses all within 20 minutes drive as well a a water park for the family or young at heart.
