Situated next to the golf course this recently built 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom villa, with pool; has been designed to sleep 4 people and is furnished and fitted out to the owner’s high standards and taste. Sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom, which is adjacent to the second bathroom, can readily be converted to en-suite simply by closing a door leading from the lounge area. Both bedrooms can be arranged as either twin or double – bed layout. The modern galley-style kitchen, with a useful servery onto the lounge-diner, is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, plus dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The lounge area has a television with a combined DVD & video player and a settee configuration to sit up to four people in comfort. Currently we get 26 Sky channels, most of them in English, including all BBC, ITV, movie and sport channels. Within the lounge, adjacent to the patio doors, is a dining table to seat 4 persons. The whole of the villa has full air-conditioning and, for those cooler evenings, is centrally heated by radiators throughout. Immediately outside the rear patio doors is a large covered patio, with another table for six, equipped for outdoor dining and overlooking your own swimming pool. From this patio you can climb a flight of steps to the large rooftop solarium of the villa. A table and set of chairs is provided for you to relax and admire the magnificent view of the Mar Menor Golf Course and the spectacular mountains beyond.
